Tracks to submit:
Scientific track
Scientific submissions will go through two stage review process (abstract and full paper) and the final acceptance will be made based on the full papers. Accepted papers will be INDEXED and published via IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science. Full papers will be also published in the conference online programme
Practical / Technical track
To encourage collaboration between the academia and industry, we organize also practical / technical sessions. Speakers of these sessions need only to submit a presentation proposal. Full paper is not required but it can be submitted for the online programme. Please note that the presentation should not be made purely for marketing purposes.

If your abstract gets accepted we will then request a full paper (template will be provided later on). Please note that the final acceptance will be made based on the full papers.
Accepted papers will be INDEXED and published via IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science
Schedule for Practical / Technical track
- March 2020 - Notification of Acceptance for abstracts submitted in the first call
- Deadline for new submissions is September 1
Final acceptance will be made based on the presentation proposal submission. It is possible for practical / technical track authors to submit also a full paper. Those full papers will be not indexed but they will be published in the conference online programme.
Instructions for submissions
- Abstract/proposal submission can be done via the website only
- Please choose the submission track Scientific or Practical / Technical
- Maximum length of abtsract/proposal is 500 words
- Please choose the most suitable themes for your abstract/proposal (max. 3)
- Please list all the authors involved in the abstracts
- Select Corresponding author for your submission (he/she will receive all the notification emails)
- Select presenting author(s) for your submission
- When submitting try to describe how is your abstract/proposal related to the topic of the conference?
- Frame of the content of the proposal / abstract text
- Content
- Methodology (idea, theory, prototype, implementation etc.)
- Results and conclusions
- Frame of the content of the proposal / abstract text

Registration of presenting author
Presenting author(s) has to register and pay the registration fee.
One day fees and student fees are not available for presenting authors.
We need one full registration for each presentation. Should one person wish to present multiple presentations a separate extra paper/presentation fee applies.
