Information for authors

Notification emails have been sent to authors who submitted to the original call for papers.

New submissions can be made until September 1.

Scientific submission


Final acceptance will be made based on full paper.

Template and instructions how to prepare your full paper is available here:

Maximum length of the full paper is 9 pages excluding references. Only accepted format is pdf and it is mandatory to follow the given template.

To submit log in to your account and click submit final submission. You can also edit your abstract text and see that all the authors are listed correctly etc.

Due to new date of the ACUUS 2020 Conference you have now plenty of time to submit your paper. So please submit on time as we won't allow any late submissions! Please also inform us if you are not planning to submit a full paper.


Practical / technical submission

Final acceptance is made based on the abstract texts.

If you have received an acceptance email for your industry submission it means that your topic has been accepted for presentation in the conference.


If you submitted to the practical/technical track of the conference you don't need to submit a full paper to the conference. However if you wish to submit a full paper it is possible. Practical/technical full papers will be published in the online programme ONLY. These papers will not be indexed. Template for full paper is available here:

Submitted abstract texts will be visible in the online programme. You can update your text in the system. It is mandatory that you go through your text in the submission system and accept the terms. 

Deadline to do this is September 1.

Please log in to your account and click submit final submission and then you can update your text / check that the authors are listed correctly / submit possible full paper.

Unfortunately the system requires you to upload a pdf file in the full paper stage. So if you are not planning to submit a full paper please simply upload an empty pdf file to complete the submission.


Registration of the presenting author

Presenting authors has to register and pay the registration fee. One day fees and student fees are not available for presenting authors.

We need one full registration for each presentation. Should one person wish to present multiple presentations a separate extra paper/presentation fee applies.

Deadline of the registration of the presenting author is October 1 (industry submissions).

Deadline for scientific presenters will be announced later on.
