  • March 18 - Deadline to submit your slides or any other related material to participants
  • March 18 -  Share the final version of your presentation (which will be used in the conference) in a sharepoint folder (link shared by email)

  • Abstract texts and biographies are published in the online programme. You can edit the information by logging in to your ExOrdo account and clicking "submit final submission"
    • Deadline to edit is December 31
  • All presentations need to be done live in the conference venue - remote presentations are not allowed.
  • Total length of the presentation is 15 minutes (12 minutes is reserved for the talk and 3 minutes for the Q&A). Length of a keynote presentation is 30 minutes including Q&A.
  • Preliminary slides should be uploaded to session chairs via ExOrdo Account by March 10 (upload presentation material) 
  • Presentation slides should be shared to participants via ExOrdo account by March 18 (upload presentation material)
  • Please note that all the sessions will be streamed for online participants and recorded. Recordings will be available in the platform to watch at least for 60 days.


Preparing the presentation

Here are some guidelines to consider when preparing your presentation:

  • Name your objective clearly and be sure to present the core of the content. Make your presentation easily understandable!
  • Know who you are speaking to
  • Make your presentation visually interesting
  • Rehearse the timing in advance

Each session has a chairperson who will run the session and handle the Q&A after your presentation. Organizer provides a computer (PC) for your presentation (mandatory to use organizers computer) and there is a technical assistant present in each session. Information how to share the slides for the presentation will be shared closer to the event.



  • Speaker cards has been sent to all speakers on December 14. You can use your speaker card also as a cover slide.
  • Link for speaker cards will be shared by email
  • Please use #AIAEC2024 when posting to social media.
  • You can tag the organizer LinkedIn account if you wish



  • Deadline for presenting author registration and payment is December 31
  • Link for registration has been sent to all speakers by email.
  • Speaker ticket is 279 EUR (225 EUR + VAT 24 %)
