AI in AEC conference has attracted each year 250 participants from 30+ countries. Conference has gathered a wide range of people interested in the AI from company management to experts and from university professors to researchers.

Our open call for presentations and demos was open until October 31.


Exhibition will be organized on March 19 - 21. The exhibition will open on March 19 evening at the get together event and will run through the whole event.
Get together and coffee breaks will be organized at the exhibition area.  Please do not hesitate to contact the organizers if you have any questions.

*All prices exclude VAT. VAT can be waived for EU companies (outside Finland) with a valid VAT number and organizations outside EU. For other registrations 24 % VAT will be added.

Demo or Excursion in the official conference programme 


We offer a possibility to organize a demo or excursion as part of the official conference programme on March 19 (before the get together). Your event info will be published in the website and the programme. We will also add your event in the registration form and participants can pre-register to your event. You'll be in charge and responsible of organizing the demo / excursion and inform the registered participants how to attend. You can set a limit of maximum number of participants.

Deadline to book is January 31, 2024. Unless sold out before (we want to have a proper time for marketing of the demo/excursion)


Partner of the get together

Get together will be organized on March 19 evening. We offer the possibility to be a partner of the get together. Partner gets visibility in the conference programme and event visuals and gets to welcome everyone at the get together.


Partner of the lunch / coffee break

We offer a possibility to be a partner of lunch / coffee break. Partner gets visibility in the conference programme and event visuals.


Lanyards for the participants - SOLD OUT

All onsite participants will receive a name badge and a lanyard. We offer possibility for one organization to share the lanyards for the participants. The partner organization can choose the design for the lanyards (can be ie. company logo). The partner organization will need to cover also the manufacturing costs of the lanyards. We expect that 300 lanyards are needed.
