Only credit cards will be accepted for online payment (no cash accepted). The organizers reserve the right to limit the sale of tickets on site for security reasons.

Full ticket includes:

• June 7 - visit of a construction site, followed by a welcome drink and a dinner buffet.

• Participation to the 2 days « InfraBIM Open 2021 Convention »  on June 8 and 9 , including  coffee breaks and lunch buffet.

• Cocktail party on June 8

One-day ticket (June 8 or June 9) including all activities on the selected day - will only be on sale from 1 April 2021.

Terms of cancellation

• Please note that as the event takes place in France and as bSFrance -association under the 1901 law subject to VAT - collected the attendees incomes, the tickets are legally submitted to the current value added tax (VAT) which is for the moment 20 %.
• Registration to InfraBIM Open 2021 is personal: it is non-transferable. A ticket cannot be shared with another person for the duration of the IBO21 event.
• Only people who have paid their registration will be allowed to participate in IBO21: it will not be possible to pay after the event. 
• Cancellation before 15 March 2021 (request by e-mail to ibo21.secreteriat(@)gmail.com ): refund of the paid IBO21 registration minus 75 euros handling fee.
• Cancellation after 15 March 2021: no refund.
