Important Dates

• November 22 - Deadline for speakers to buy a speaker ticket
  • Instructions have been sent by email
• November 30 - Deadline to check and edit your proposal text and author information
  • Edit by logging in to your ExOrdo account and click "submit final submission"
  • Online programme which includes proposal texts and speaker biographies will be published in December
• January 31 - Deadline to share slides or any other related material for participants
  • Share by logging in to your ExOrdo account and click "submit presentation material"
  • All uploaded material will be available in the online programme
• February 3 - Deadline to upload the version you are going to present (Sharepoint folder)
  • Link will be shared by email

 

Programme

Programme is available here in two different formats: PDF and online programme. Online programme will show all the information that you share in the ExOrdo system (proposal text, biography and presentation slides). Online programme will be published in December.

 

Presentation

• Presentations are onsite only; remote presentations are not available.
• Total time for your presentation is 30 minutes
  • 20 minutes is reserved for the presentation itself
  • 10 minutes is reserved for the questions and change of the next speaker
• Total time for platinum partner presentation is 15 minutes
• Organizer will provide a computer for the presentation.
• In every session there is a technical assistant who will open the presentation for you and help you with the computer and microphones.
• Please go to the session room 15 minutes before the session begins to greet the session chair and technical assistant.
• Main stream (Park Hall) programme will be streamed to virtual platform and the sessions will be recorded.

 

Park Hall presentations

• There is no possibility to use your own computer as we are streaming and recording all the presentations
• On stage there will be
  • Speaker screen which will display the power point speaker notes (if you are using them)
  • a timer showing you how much you have time left to present

 

Duetto 1 and 2 presentations

• You can use your own computer if needed
• On stage there will be
  • Speaker screen which displays exactly the same screen which is shown to participants
  • Presentation computer which displays the Power point speaker notes if needed

 

Speaker cards

Speaker cards have been shared to all speakers. You can use the speaker card in the social media and as your cover slide.

 

Cover slide

You can use your speaker card as a cover slide for your presentation
