Call for presentations

We invite you to submit your presentation proposal for the Lean Construction 2022 Congress.

A max 500 description of your talk is needed. As this is not a scientific conference we do not require full paper or extended abstracts.

 

General information

Timeline

  • May 1, 2022 - Submission deadline
  • June 1, 2022 - notifications to be sent to speakers

Instructions 

  • Submissions can be done only via the ExOrdo system https://lcc2022.exordo.com
  • You can submit either in English or in Finnish
  • Write a title for your submission
  • Write the abstract text (max. 500 words)
    • No attachments at the submission stage. If your topic gets accepted you can then share material for the participants
  • Add the authors involved with the topic
    • Corresponding author will receive the notification
    • Presenting author(s) will receive the further information regarding the practical arrangements
      • Presenting author is the one who will present the topic at the conference. There can be more than one presenting author
    • From each author we need contact information, picture (head shot) and LinkedIn information. LinkedIn information is not mandatory
    • From presenting author(s) we also need short biography
  • Choose the most suitable topic(s). If you can't find suitable theme for your talk you can always choose other.
    • Value definition and value-based business model
    • Culture and leadership
    • Common processes and flow through value streams
    • Efficient field execution
    • Other

Practical information

  • Notification email regarding the acceptance will be sent by June 1, 2022. If your topic gets accepted we will send further instructions via email.
    • Presentation length will be confirmed in the notification email
    • The day of the presentation is for free of charge to join for the presenting author(s). If the presenting author(s) wish to join to the other conference day a small fee is required. 
    • Conference days are September 20 & 21 and the full programme will be published on June 2022
