Conference language is English.

Conference venue is Sokos Hotel Presidentti (street address Eteläinen rautatiekatu 4).
Conference dinner will be held in Säätytalo (the House of the Estates) which is a historical Neo-Renaissance building in the city center of Helsinki (Snellmanninkatu
9).
The on-line registration is open at the Conference website /nvf13
On-site registration is also possible at the venue on the 4th September.
Conference fees are shown in the "Conference fees and registration" page.

Accompanying persons are welcomed to register to the dinner and the technical tour by paying the associated fees.
For the Finnish participants, registration fee includes full registration to the Finnish Bridge Days 2013 (Siltapäivät’13), which are held in parallel at the same venue.

Rooms are guaranteed on rate 134e (one person per night) and 144e (two persons per night) when reservation is made before the 16th of August (unless sold out). Reservation needs to be made through email on sokos.hotels@sok.fi or by phone +358 20 1234 600. Please mention the booking code PTL13.
There is also number of other hotels available in the Helsinki city area with typical room rates 100 to 200e.
