VAT can be waived for EU companies with a valid VAT number and organizations outside EU. For other registrations 24 % VAT will be added.

Scientific category speaker 390 €

Includes:

Registration to the conference, publication in the indexed Conference proceedings (IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science) and the presentation.

Fee includes 1 presentation/paper. Extra presentation fee is 100 EUR / presentation.

 

Industry category speaker 250 €

Includes:

Registration to the conference, presentation, publication in the online programme.

Fee includes 1 presentation. Extra presentation fee is 100 EUR / presentation

 

Workshop speaker / hosting fee Category 250 €

Includes:

Registration to the conference, workshop hosting/presentation

 

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Cancellations before September 1, 2022:
Full refund minus 80 EUR (+ 24 % VAT) handling fee

Cancellations after September 1, 2022:
No refund

Registration can be transferred to another person in the same organization.
