How to connect the user feedback to the technical information in real time

Description of the challenge

There is existing information about traffic flows e.g. speed and road capacities as well as road conditions for maintenance. In addition, we do have some information about user feedback about the travel experience and comfort during the ride. 
The challenge is that we are not able to connect the user feedback information to the technical information in real time. Therefore, we are not able to react fast enough to improve the user experience. This leads also to the fact that we are not able to create improved services for the end users. The challenge is how to react quickly on problems which needs urgent fixing from the user/customer satisfaction perspective.

The data find out from this challenge can be important also for the asset management and road maintenance optimization.
