Clive Billiald is the CEO of buildingSMART International, leading a global not-for-profit community spanning over 35 member countries. buildingSMART was established to create and develop open digital ways of working and open standards for the built asset environment – approaches which unlock our ability to improve productivity and sustainability across the construction sector.

 

 

André Poddubny

"The importance of digital innovation and process standardization to the restoration of Ukraine"

 

André Poddubny is a German national managing change in Ukraine towards the European Union. Since April 2023 André managed the Ukrainian Business Association “The WALL Ukraine” which focuses on investments, digitalization and European integration of the Ukrainian construction sector. In Ukraine he has previously worked as Director and Supervisory Board Member of a Ukrainian asset managing company, as a consultant to the European Delegation in Ukraine and the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine. He organized and co-authored a Ukrainian National BIM Road Map adopted by the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers on 27.02.2021. André successfully advocated membership of Ukraine with the European Construction Industry Federation (FIEC) in 2019 and with the EU BIM Task Group in 2023.
