Exhibition

Exhibitor fee is 1200 EUR + VAT 24 %.

Startup exhibitor fee is 800 EUR + VAT 24 %. Startup is defined as a young company with less than 250.000 euros in revenue.

Exhibitor will be provided a space of 2x2 metres with a table and room for rollup or the like. Exhibitor price includes registration for one person.

Terms of cancellation

Cancellation before April 15th: Full refund minus 40 € handling fee
Cancellation after April 15th: No refund
Participant name can be changed within the same organization.
These terms are applied both to registration and exhibition.
