Scientific submissions

PDF is the only accepted format. Final acceptance will be made based on the full paper

Template and instructions for preparing full paper: https://publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org/author-guidelines-for-conference-proceedings/

Maximum length of the full paper is 10 pages.

Accepted Scientific papers will be INDEXED via IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science.
Papers will be also published in the conference online program.

Accepted topics will also have a presentation slot (oral/poster) in the session programme.

Industry submissions

Extended abstracts can be submitted here: https://ngm2020.exordo.com/
PDF is the only accepted format. Final acceptance will be made based on the Extended abstract.

It is the same template as with Scientific submission but you only need to write minimum of two page long extended abstract (no full paper needed).

Accepted extended abstracts will be published in the online programme.
Accepted topics will also have a presentation slot (oral/poster) in the session programme.

 

Registration of presenting author

Presenting author has to register and pay the registration fee.
Presenting author(s) receive a seperate email with registration link.

Registration deadline for presenting authors is November 6, 2020

We need one full registration for each presentation. Should one person wish to present multiple presentations (oral/poster) a separate fee of 100 EUR + VAT 24 % / extra presentation applies.
