REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCE

 

Participant fee categories:

Early Bird Fee 190 EUR - Until December 1
Standard Fee 290 EUR - From December 1 Onwards
Young engineer fee (Born year 1990 or later) 100 EUR

Please note that participant fees are not available for presenting authors. See the presenting author fees below.

 

Presenter fee categories:

Scientific presenter (includes indexed publication) 390 EUR*
Technical presenter 250 EUR*

Presenters will receive registration link via email!

 

All fees include full virtual conference experience.
All prices exclude 24 % of VAT (which will be added to the price)

 

*Includes 1 presentation. Extra presentation fee is 100 EUR + VAT 24 % / presentation
 

 

Terms of cancellation

Cancellations before 1 November 2020:
Full refund minus 100 EUR handling fee

Cancellations after 1 November 2020:
No refund
