City reception will be held on May 10th in museum centre Vapriikki at 6.30 pm. (address Alaverstaanraitti 5, Tampere). City reception is free for participants.
Guided walking tour will depart from both of the Symposium hotels (Scandic Tampere Station and Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Tampere) at 6.10pm
Vapriikki is housed in the old Tampella factory hall, whose oldest parts date back to the 1880s. Vapriikki opened to the public in 1996, and the building was fully ready as a museum in 2000. The total floor area of the museum centre is approximately 14,000 m2, half of which is devoted to exhibition facilities and premises open to the public. More information about Vapriikki.
Dinner will be held May 11th in the restaurant Näsinneula at 7.00 pm (address Laiturikatu 1, 33230 Tampere). Dinner fee is 120 eur (inc. VAT 24%)
