The city of Espoo has grown rapidly becoming the second largest city in Finland. There is no clear centre in the city, but five regional centres, each size of a medium-sized Finnish city.
The conference venue is located in the Otaniemi campus area in the south east corner of Espoo, approximately 10 kilometers from Helsinki and 25 kilometers from the Helsinki airport.
