All authors who submitted an abstract have received a notification email and instructions for full paper submission.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Abstract submission can be done only via the website. Maximum length of an abstract is 500 words. When submitting, you are asked to

• list all authors involved in the abstracts.
• name the corresponding and presenting authors
• provide a headshot of the presenting author, short side min. 300 px, 300 dpi (voluntary in the abstract stage)

Please note that the final acceptance is made after the full paper submission stage. Full papers will be published in the electronic proceedings which will contain ISSN and ISBN numbers

Later on, final presentations are downloaded as pdfs into the same database as abstracts, names, images and bios. The database is integrated into an online program that will be used by event participants.

AUTHOR REGISTRATION

Presenting author has to register and pay the registration fee by June 24, 2019. We will need a full payment for each accepted paper. Please see the registration page for prices.
